Retro Campaign

Travel Posters

This project involved designing a cohesive print-focused advertising campaign for the Port Stanley Food Bank, centered around a series of retro-inspired posters and postcards. The campaign focused on capturing the nostalgic charm of Port Stanley as a popular tourist destination while promoting a community-driven fundraising initiative. The concept highlighted the town as “Canada’s most stunning beach where the past meets the future,” using vintage-style visuals to reflect its historic character. Deliverables included 11×17 posters designed for framing and collectible postcards, positioned as mementos for visitors and sold at $25 each with proceeds supporting the local food bank. Strong typography, clear hierarchy, and cohesive retro aesthetics were used to unify the campaign across formats. The project was created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, with careful attention to colour modes, resolution, and export requirements to ensure all assets were print-ready.This was a self-initiated student project.
